9 No Visible Trace

Will the story break? Without a body, or even the rubbish and no credible witnesses, there can be no trial and no conviction. What is more interesting than the events leading up to the cry of “They’ve taken her” are the events immediately afterwards. It is not clear what happened next, who searched where, for how long or if anyone looked in the car.

At least a dozen people know more about this story than they have said. Of the group, several might also have helped their children “to settle” at night. Clarence Mitchell, the owner of the yacht in the Mediterranean, his crew, and the harbour master and not least, the person who connected them on May 3rd 2007.

Everyone has an agenda and as long as nothing changes, the doctors can sleep at night. Nonetheless, there are dark forces abroad, and perhaps a General Election or change in leadership will shift the balance of power. The time may yet come when the sea gives up its dead, and justice can be done.
